Want to understand the voices in your head? (Did you even know you had them?) This episode kicks off a 3-part foundational series that addresses “What makes us...us?” We start this series with the all too familiar Ego. What is the ego? In part one, we discuss the parts of the mind through both a western and eastern lens—attempting to break down both psychology and yoga philosophy. In part two, we do some "shadow work" by using the lens of the Enneagram to begin unpacking the different fears that we all let drive the car at some point in our lives.
