Part 2 of 3: Journey into the Self
What exactly is the Soul? It can’t be physically felt like the human body, and it’s not loudly interrupting your thoughts all day long. In the second part of our three-part foundational series, we are going to discuss some different perspectives on what is commonly called the soul. In part 1, we will revisit some psychological and yoga theories from last week, take a peek at how ancient cultures thought about this aspect of human existence, and then get a little more woo by discussing soul contracts. In part 2 we will teach you about some tools you can use to help you become aware of, assess, or begin actioning your soul’s desires.
